Phase Six: Feedback, Assessment, Measurement
We use a web-based programme to allow the school to produce a very straightforward report document. They key in the relevant information and the software does the rest. We ask the school to use the same software to supply information on continuing activity levels after three months and six months and a year. We find out what the barriers have been and adjust our programmes accordingly.
